Payment is expected at the time of service, and we accept cash, check, and credit cards. Accounts in good standing also have the choice to be invoiced. Accounts that are invoiced have a strict grace period of 15 days from when the invoice is sent to pay the balance. Accounts with past due invoices run the risk of all prior websites/virtual tours being inactivated, and all photographs/virtual tours being removed from the MLS. Only upon reconciling past due invoices and supplying a $25 reinstatement fee will websites/virtual tours be reactivated, and all photographs/virtual tours be resubmitted to the MLS.
